Lassworks proudly managed the 2026 Central Access Users Conference at the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi—bringing together 675 attendees, 56 presenters, and 68 breakout sessions for an engaging, baseball-inspired conference experience.

From the development of the Game On: Building a Championship Culture theme to the final onsite details, every element was thoughtfully coordinated to create a seamless and memorable event.

Our comprehensive management included venue and hospitality coordination, speaker and session scheduling, creative branding, attendee communications, registration management, mobile event technology, continuing education tracking, and onsite execution.
